You can contact us 24x7 via e-mail or voice mail and we will reply as quickly as possible, but please note that we are not open on weekends, and will not be able to respond during that time.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We usually pack and ship all orders by the next business day, if ordered between Monday and Friday. Weekend and Holiday orders will be fulfilled during the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, for instance, your order will not ship until Monday.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
FedEx/TNT Ground is typically between 3-10 days, depending on where you live. Priority Mail is generally 2-3 days. Please know that we ship out of Treviso, Italy, so delivery will take a bit longer to the North Europe.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED FASTER?
If you need a faster shipping service (for instance, overnight), please give us a call and we will discuss what sort of options are available. If your order is placed before noon CET , your order will likely ship the same day. FedEx/TNT shipping days are Mon-Fri, and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. TNT does do delivery on Saturday, but not Sundays or holidays.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
We offer €7 EU flat rate shipping, and €15 International flat rate shipping.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer free returns. Returns must be initiated within 14 days. Please check out our Warranty Information for details on returns and exchanges.
DO YOU STOCK WHAT YOU SELL?
Yes. We carry (and use!) the products we sell. We are incorporated in Italy, serve local customers, and stock the products we sell at a local warehouse.
